Acre & Ember works differently. Every bag is roasted in small batches when your order comes in — then shipped before the week is out. You'll notice it from the first brew. Brighter. Cleaner. More of whatever made that origin worth growing in the first place.

We name every coffee after where it came from because that's the whole point. The Sidama highlands. The Huila valley. The Huehuetenango mountainside. The land is the flavour. We just try not to get in the way.

How it works

  • You pick your origin

    Ethiopia, Colombia, or Guatemala. Each one is a different country, a different altitude, a different set of flavours. Or try all three with The Acre Trio.

  • We roast it that week

    Your order comes to us. Your coffee goes into the drum. It's roasted in a small batch, bagged with your label on it, and packed for shipping within 2–3 business days.

  • It arrives fresh

    3–5 business days from the US. Tracked the whole way. Open it, brew it, and taste the difference between fresh-roasted coffee and everything else you've had.

How fresh is the coffee when it arrives?

Very. Every bag is roasted in small batches when your order comes in and ships within 2–3 business days. Most customers receive coffee that's less than a week off the roaster — a long way from what's sitting on a grocery shelf.

Where does the coffee come from?

We currently offer three single-origins: Ethiopia Sidama, Colombia Huila, and Guatemala Huehuetenango. Each is sourced from a specific region and named for where it grew — not a marketing name, the actual place.

What does "single-origin" mean?

It means every bean in the bag came from one place — one country, one region, sometimes one farm. It's the opposite of a blend, where beans from many origins are combined. Single-origin lets you taste exactly what a specific place and process produces.

Can I get it ground?

We currently offer whole bean. If you need it ground, get in touch at hello@acreandembers.com and we'll do what we can. Ground options are coming soon.

How does the subscription work?

Choose your origin, select "Subscribe & Save" on the product page, and pick your delivery frequency — every 2 weeks or monthly. You'll save 12% on every order, get free shipping, and you can pause, skip, or swap your origin any time. No lock-in, no friction.

How long does shipping take?

Orders ship from the US within 2–3 business days of roasting. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days from there. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

What if I don't like it?

We stand behind every bag. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, email us at hello@acreandembers.com within 30 days and we'll make it right — refund, replacement, or swap. No questions asked.

Which origin should I start with?

If you like bright, fruity coffee — start with Ethiopia Sidama. If you prefer something clean and balanced for everyday drinking — Colombia Huila. If you like a deeper, richer cup — Guatemala Huehuetenango. Can't decide? The Acre Trio gives you all three in smaller 6oz bags.
