Colombia Huila coffee beans for every morning: dried orange and berry with a chocolate finish. Single-origin, washed, medium roast, and roasted to order the week your bag ships.
Some coffees demand attention. This one just works. Huila is a department in southern Colombia, cut through by the Magdalena River and flanked by two mountain ranges. At 1,600 to 1,900 meters, the cherries ripen slowly, building a natural sweetness that no roasting technique can add after the fact.
This lot is washed process: the fruit is removed before drying. What you get is clarity, the clean flavor of the coffee itself with nothing extra sitting on top of it.
In the cup: dried orange and berry up front, with chocolate in the finish. It's the coffee you reach for every morning without thinking about it, and the most versatile coffee in our range.
Roasted to order the week your bag ships. Not three months ago. Not last week. This week.
