Our Story

We started with a problem.

Most coffee bags lie to you.

Not deliberately. But "premium blend" tells you nothing. "Rich and smooth" is meaningless. "Ethically sourced" has been printed on enough mediocre bags that it's stopped meaning anything at all.

Meanwhile, the coffee sitting inside those bags was roasted months ago, warehoused, shipped across the country, stacked on a shelf, and sold to you as if freshness were someone else's problem.

We thought there was a better way.

Acre & Ember was built around two things: where coffee comes from, and how fresh it is when it reaches you. Every bag we sell carries a single origin — a real place, a specific region, the actual land where those beans grew. And every bag is roasted to order in small batches, shipped from the US, and at your door within a week of leaving the roaster.

The name comes from that same idea. The acre — the land, the origin, the farmer's work. The ember — the roast, the fire, the transformation. Both matter. You can't have good coffee without both.

We're not trying to be the biggest coffee brand. We're trying to be the one that makes the most sense — honest about where it comes from, serious about freshness, and worth coming back to every single morning.

Land grown. Fire made.
